Today, we took a boat on some rough seas to Catalina Island. We spent most of the day spending time building our relationships with one another. Snorkeling, swimming, and volleyball were our main activities. The scenery was beautiful and was a great reminder of God’s creation. While there, we met a Dominican man who had a horrible cut to his hand. We were able to provide him with some basic first aid, but strongly encouraged him to go the hospital. It was an exciting day, and I am so thankful for my brothers and sisters in Christ! They are such an encouragement to me. I am looking forward to returning home, but we are saddened to leave the people we met.  Written by: Amanda Aust

We will be updating you all in person on Sunday Morning.  We are looking forward to a great worship service with our family at Valley.
